Oversee and manage end-to-end documentation for Canada PR, PNP, Express Entry, LMIA, Work Permits, Student Visas, and Visitor Visas.
Lead client consultations to guide them through documentation requirements and timelines.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all forms and supporting documentation.
Draft and review key documents such as SOPs, cover letters, and checklists.
Supervise and mentor junior documentation staff as required.
Monitor updates to Canadian immigration policies and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with legal advisors, consultants, and relevant authorities as needed.
Maintain timely communication with clients regarding their case progress.
Track application status and follow up on submissions to IRCC and related bodies.
Maintain high standards of recordkeeping and client confidentiality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Preferred: Immigration Law, Business, or related areas).
Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in Canada immigration documentation.
Expert-level knowledge of Canadian immigration streams and documentation rules.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and time management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and immigration CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Canada's latest immigration programs, including Express Entry, PNPs, and LMIA processes.
Ability to handle high-volume case files with attention to detail.
Multilingual abilities (English required; French is an advantage).
