Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Visa and Documentation Executive to join our dynamic team at Edbrowse Study Abroad. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of visa procedures, documentation requirements, and the application process for studying abroad. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent communication skills to manage student documentation and visa applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Visa Application Process

:

Provide guidance and assistance to students in applying for visas for various countries. Ensure accurate documentation for student visa applications, including forms, letters, transcripts, financial documents, etc. Keep track of visa application statuses and communicate with students regarding updates and requirements. Advise students on visa requirements specific to their chosen universities or study destinations.

Documentation Management

:

Review and verify all required documents for student applications to ensure completeness and compliance with regulations. Assist in preparing and verifying documents such as offer letters, financial proof, accommodation arrangements, health insurance, etc. Coordinate with universities, embassies, and other relevant bodies for document verification, attestation, and submission.

Compliance and Regulations

:

Stay updated on visa and immigration policies for various countries and ensure all applications comply with the latest regulations. Ensure all student documents are authentic and meet the visa application requirements for each specific country.

Client Coordination

:

Communicate with students and parents regarding visa requirements, timelines, and document submission. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to documentation or visa processes promptly. Provide pre-departure briefings to students, advising them on visa interviews, travel requirements, and other relevant guidelines.

Record Keeping and Reporting

:

Maintain a detailed and organized database of student visa applications and documents. Update students' records regularly to ensure accurate tracking and processing of their visa status. Prepare and submit regular reports on visa application statuses and document processing to senior management.

Customer Service

:

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing student concerns, answering queries related to visas and documentation, and providing timely updates.

Required Qualifications



Education

:

Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably in management, business, or a related field).

Experience

:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in visa documentation and student counseling for international education. In-depth knowledge of the visa application processes for countries like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and European countries. Familiarity with various visa categories (e.g., student visas, work visas, etc.) and their requirements.

Skills and Competencies

:

Strong understanding of visa documentation requirements, processing timelines, and application procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students, embassies, and other stakeholders. High attention to detail and ability to handle complex paperwork and documentation. Knowledge of document verification processes and compliance with immigration regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with documentation management systems.

Desired Skills



Certification or training in immigration laws or visa processing. Prior experience working with embassies or consulates. Knowledge of multiple foreign languages (e.g., French, German, etc.) is a plus.
