Job Description
Work Location - Ernakulam, Kerala Job type- Full-time, Regular / Permanent Job Role - VISA DOCUMENTATION OFFICER Applicant requires minimum of 1 Year experience in the Visa Documentation field.
- Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas as per their requirements (Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia etc)
- Minimum 1 year Visa Documentation Experience.
- Provide proper visa documentation guidance to the students.
- Collect all required documents from the students and apply to various foreign Universities for getting admission letter.
- Verification of fund requirements and other supporting documents
- Advising students on application procedures, visa application.
- Applying to various universities/colleges overseas/Educational Partners.
- Coordination with Embassies/Consulates/ Visa Processing Centres.
- Get embassy Interview dates for the students
- Handling client queries over the phone and & emails and daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the visa and passport forms.
- Update progress of the applications to students on time to time.
- Guide the students for pre-departure information.
- Follow up with the students
- Solving the student queries
