Job Title: Visa Counselor / Student Visa Advisor

Job Summary:

The Visa Counselor is responsible for guiding students through the complete study-abroad process. This role involves providing accurate information about universities and courses, assisting with visa applications, and supporting students from initial counseling through post-visa services, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on international education opportunities, including universities, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission requirements. Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, institutions, and programs. Guide students through the entire student visa process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. Assist with visa application preparation, documentation, and submission. Prepare students for visa interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing guidance. Coordinate and verify required documents, including academic, financial, and personal records. Track application and visa status and provide regular updates to students. Support students after visa approval, including flight booking guidance, accommodation arrangements, and university enrollment procedures. Maintain accurate student records and ensure confidentiality of information. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple student cases efficiently. Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
