Job Overview

Touchstone Educationals LLP, a leading visa and immigration consultancy firm, is seeking a Visa Sales Counselor to join our team. The counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and personalized services to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience in visa sales counseling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in any field
• Proven experience of 1 to 4 years in visa sales counseling or Student Visa
• Sound knowledge of Canadian and Australian visa procedures and immigration policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Result-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Punjabi will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive counseling to individuals interested in studying in Canada and Australia
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable visa options
• Guide clients through the visa application process, including documentation, eligibility criteria, and interview preparation
• Stay updated on visa policies, immigration rules, and educational opportunities in Canada and Australia
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization
• Assist in organizing visa workshops, seminars, and promotional events
• Open to travel
