Visa Counselor

Goal:

To provide expert immigration guidance and ensure seamless visa application processes for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

Consult:

Assess client profiles and recommend the best visa pathways (Student, Tourist, or PR).

Execute:

Oversee the end-to-end filing process, ensuring 100% document accuracy and compliance.

Coach:

Prepare clients for embassy interviews and provide pre-departure briefings.

Monitor:

Stay current on global immigration policy shifts and embassy lead times.

Must-Haves

Experience:

1+ years in visa filing/consulting (specific country expertise preferred).

Communication:

Fluent verbal and written skills; ability to simplify complex legal steps.

Attention to Detail:

Zero-tolerance for errors in paperwork.

Tech Literacy:

Proficiency in CRMs and online visa portals.

Success Metrics

High visa approval rate. Positive client satisfaction scores. Timely submission of applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
