: Visa Counselor and Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)Position: Visa Counselor & TelecallerLocation: Karnal, HaryanaEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities- Guide clients through the visa application process for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Europe etc.- Counsel students/professionals on available programs, visa requirements, and processes.- Evaluate and verify documentation to ensure compliance with visa requirements.- Provide personalized advice and address clients' concerns or questions.- Keep updated with changes in immigration policies and procedures.- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide detailed information about services.- Handle inquiries received via phone and email professionally and efficiently.- Maintain and update a database of leads and client interactions.- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and follow up with potential clients.- Achieve targets for lead conversion and client acquisition.Key Requirements:- Gender: Female candidates only.- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation in any discipline.- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role (experience in immigration consultancy is preferred).Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.- Fluency in [English, Hindi and Punjabi].- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Why Join Us?- Competitive salary package.- High Incentives- Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic work environment.- Supportive team culture with recognition for performance.Note:Only female candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
