Assess client profiles and suggest suitable countries, courses, or visa categories.
Guide applicants through the documentation and visa application process.
Maintain follow-up with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Keep updated with the latest immigration and visa policies.
Achieve monthly targets and maintain excellent conversion rates.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of immigration or overseas education processes preferred.
Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Position 2: Telecaller (Immigration Process)
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote immigration and visa services.
Explain the company's services, eligibility requirements, and process flow.
Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads.
Schedule appointments for Visa Counselors.
Work closely with the counseling team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or immigration consultancy is an added advantage.
