About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly female candidates to join our Student Referral Team.
Your main role will be to connect with existing college students over calls or WhatsApp, build a friendly rapport, and encourage them to refer their friends who may be interested in joining our college.

This is a relationship-based, non-salesy role -- ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building connections, and supporting students in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to existing college students (provided by us) via phone or WhatsApp. Build a friendly and professional relationship with them. Inform students about the college referral program and available rewards. Encourage them to refer friends or family members interested in admissions. Collect and record referral details in a simple Google Sheet. Follow up politely with students and maintain good communication. Submit daily call/update reports to the team leader.
Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and polite personality. Basic computer and mobile handling (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Calls). Ability to speak fluently in English or Hindi (both preferred). Self-motivated and disciplined.
Qualifications

Minimum: Graduation. Prior tele calling, student counseling, or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).

Type: Work from office Shift time - Day shift Pay Structure:
? Monthly stipend: 20000/- (based on performance)
