Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and clients who have enquired about study abroad, work permits, or immigration services.
Answer incoming calls and resolve queries regarding admission requirements, visa processes, and documentation.
Provide step-by-step guidance on country-specific visa procedures, timelines, and eligibility.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure timely submission of documents and application forms.
Schedule counselling sessions, walk-ins, and document verification appointments.
Maintain proper call logs, update CRM systems, and report daily calling activities to the team lead.
Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Remind clients about pending tasks like payments, SOP submissions, or missing documents.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and professional phone manner.
Basic knowledge of visa procedures for popular study destinations (training will be provided).
Good organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and CRM tools.
Ability to work under targets and deliver results within deadlines.
