Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and clients regarding overseas education, immigration, and visa processes. Provide accurate guidance on documentation, admission requirements, visa filing, and country-specific immigration rules. Handle queries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring excellent customer service. Assist clients with application forms, SOPs, and visa interview preparation. Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies, embassy guidelines, and university/college admission requirements. Coordinate with universities/colleges, embassies, and internal departments for smooth processing. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for student enrollments/visa conversions. Maintain proper records of clients in CRM/ERP systems and follow up regularly. Stay updated on market trends, new destinations, scholarships, and visa regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Education, Management, or related). Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visa/Immigration Counselor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures for countries like USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and email communication. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
