Job Description

We seek a highly motivated Visa Counselor with telecalling/marketing and student conversion expertise. The Senior Counselor will call prospective students, counsel them on study abroad opportunities, and guide them through the entire process from initial contact to successful conversion. This role is pivotal in meeting conversion targets and helping students achieve their study abroad dreams.

Key Responsibilities

:

Telecalling

: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and engage them in meaningful conversations about their study abroad aspirations. Provide information on various courses, universities, and countries based on their preferences.

Student Counseling

: Offer expert guidance on study abroad options, ensuring students are well-informed about course selection, university admission processes, visa requirements, and financial aid options.

Lead Conversion

: Actively work to convert leads into confirmed applications by addressing concerns, guiding them through the application process, and following up consistently to ensure closure.

Follow-Up

: Regularly follow up with leads, students, and parents to ensure continued interest and timely action in the application process.

Student Database Management

: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and conversion status in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up to date and easily accessible.

Performance Tracking

: Achieve individual and branch targets for lead conversion, student enrollments, and revenue generation.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with the branch team, including junior counselors, to meet team objectives and ensure a seamless counseling experience for students.

Reporting

: Provide regular reports on telecalling activities, lead conversions, and student progress to the Branch Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
