Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional

Visa Counsellor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide and assist clients with the visa application process for studying, working, or settling abroad. You must be able to communicate effectively, stay updated with immigration laws, and handle documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on visa processes for study, work, or immigration purposes to various countries. Evaluate client eligibility and recommend the appropriate visa options. Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application forms and documentation. Provide accurate information regarding timelines, procedures, fees, and requirements. Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and rules of different countries. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers. Maintain client records, follow up regularly, and ensure a high success rate. Support clients in booking appointments, medicals, and interviews as required. Attend education fairs, seminars, and training sessions when needed.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of visa procedures (Study/Work/Tourist/PR). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Travel, or Law background preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in visa counselling or immigration services. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online visa portals.
