Job Description

The Visa Counselor will provide guidance and assistance to individuals seeking to apply for visas for educational, work, or travel purposes. The counselor will assess the client's eligibility, explain the visa process, help prepare the necessary documentation, and ensure a smooth visa application experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling Clients:

Provide detailed advice on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation for various countries. Assist clients in selecting the appropriate visa type based on their needs (student, work, tourist, etc.).

Application Processing:

Help clients complete visa application forms accurately. Review and verify the authenticity of client documents. Ensure timely submission of visa applications to the respective embassies or consulates.

Documentation & Follow-Up:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status. Prepare checklists and verify all required documents are in order. Follow up with embassies or consulates on application statuses and relay updates to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates and support. Address client queries and concerns promptly. Provide pre-departure briefings to clients to ensure they are fully prepared for their visa interview and travel.

Knowledge Management:

Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and policies of different countries. Conduct regular research on new visa rules and provide training to colleagues as needed.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,457.34 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
