Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Visa Counselor on behalf of our client - a reputable education consultancy firm. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in handling student visa applications for countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, and the USA.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate guidance to students and parents on study visa processes and requirements

Handle end-to-end visa application preparation, documentation, and submission

Stay updated on international education policies and visa rule changes

Communicate effectively with students, embassy representatives, and university contacts

Ensure timely follow-up and provide application updates to students

Maintain proper records of cases and coordinate with internal teams

Requirements

3-4 years of proven experience as a Visa Counselor or similar role in the study abroad industry

Strong knowledge of visa processes for Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or related field preferred)

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and visa portals

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience in handling client meetings and consultations independently
