Study Visa Counselor - All Countries

for our Jalandhar branch. The role involves guiding students through the entire study abroad process for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and other countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students about study visa options for multiple countries based on their academic profiles and career goals

Assist with university/course selection, eligibility checks, and documentation

Provide accurate information on admission and visa requirements

Follow up with students to ensure timely application and enrollment

Convince and retain students through effective communication

Support and mentor junior team members (for experienced candidates)

Stay up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and university policies

maintain detailed records of each student's counseling and application progress

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream

Minimum 2 years of experience in study visa counseling (preferred)

Strong knowledge of international admissions, visa procedures, and documentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Target-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Friendly personality with a student-centric approach
