Liaison and Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact between clients and visa issuing authorities.
Submit visa applications on behalf of clients and follow up on the application status.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other immigration bodies as necessary.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, immigration laws, and policies of various countries.
Ensure that all visa applications comply with the legal requirements.
Inform clients about changes in visa policies and advise accordingly.
Client Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the visa application process.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist clients in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the visa process.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, applications, and supporting documents.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Law, Travel & Tourism).
Experience in visa counseling, immigration services, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of visa processes, immigration laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
