Maintain strong knowledge of

through walk-ins, calls, emails, and DMs.
Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for offer letters, GTE, CAS, COE, LOA, etc.
Ensure
excellent customer service
and high conversion rates.
Achieve monthly counseling & admissions targets.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
+2 pass out or Bachelor's degree (Any stream; education/immigration background preferred).
Minimum
1 year of experience
in study visa counseling (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
Strong understanding of
study abroad processes
(Canada, UK, Australia, USA, NZ, Europe).
Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases with accuracy and confidence.
Good command over documentation and MS Office.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
