We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Visa Counselor

to join our team. The Visa Counselor will assist clients with the visa application process, provide accurate information regarding requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on visa application procedures, required documentation, and eligibility. Guide clients through the process for student, work, tourist, or immigration visas (depending on the services provided). Review and verify documents to ensure completeness and compliance with regulations. Keep up-to-date with changing immigration and visa policies. Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and application statuses. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and third-party service providers. Provide post-visa services including pre-departure briefing, if applicable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in International Relations, Business, or related field). Previous experience as a visa counselor or in immigration services is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office and client management software. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of visa procedures for countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc., is a plus.
