Overview:

We are looking for a

Visa Counselor

who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about guiding students and clients through the visa application process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of immigration procedures

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and clients on visa options based on eligibility and preferences Guide them through the complete application process including admission, visa documentation, and filing Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, embassy updates, and immigration policies Handle walk-in, online, and phone inquiries professionally and convert leads into clients Coordinate with universities/colleges and clients to ensure a smooth admission-to-visa process Follow up regularly with clients and keep records updated in CRM systems Achieve monthly conversion targets while maintaining high-quality service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream) Excellent verbal and written communication in

English, Punjabi, and Hindi

1+ year of experience in

visa counseling or immigration consultancy

preferred Good knowledge of

visa processes

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, documentation handling) Positive, persuasive, and client-focused approach Experience of 2-3 years minimum

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
