Student/Client Interaction

Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions to understand students'/clients' academic background, career goals, and visa requirements.

Provide detailed information on study abroad options, universities, courses, and visa processes.

Calling & Follow-Ups

Make outbound calls to new leads and prospective students for enrolments.

Handle inbound queries regarding study abroad programs, admissions, and visa formalities.

Regular follow-up with interested students to ensure smooth enrolment and visa filing.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain a database of enquiries, applications, and enrolled students.

Build positive relationships with students and parents through trust and transparency.
