Nexus Visa International is hiring an experienced Study Visa Counselor and Processing Executive for its Surat office. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling and complete study visa processing.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study visa options and procedures
Explain courses, universities, and country-specific requirements
Handle end-to-end study visa documentation and application processing
Verify academic, financial, and visa-related documents
Coordinate with internal processing teams and universities
Follow up with students and provide regular application updates
Maintain accurate client records and reports
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in study visa counseling and processing
Strong communication skills in English and Gujarati
Good knowledge of study visa procedures and documentation
Basic computer skills including MS Office and email handling
Professional attitude and ability to work in a team
