Role Overview

We are looking for a

Visa Counsellor

who can guide clients through European visa processes with clarity, confidence, and compliance. The role involves counselling, documentation support, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and professionals for

European visa options

Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways Explain visa processes, timelines, and requirements clearly Assist clients with documentation, applications, and follow-ups Maintain accurate client records and case updates Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required Ensure compliance with embassy and country-specific regulations Convert walk-ins, leads, and enquiries into confirmed clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of

European visa processes

(study / work / visitor visas preferred) Client-handling and counselling experience Ability to explain complex processes in a simple manner Attention to detail and documentation accuracy Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM familiarity)

Preferred Candidate

Prior experience in visa consultancy or overseas education Target-oriented and result-driven mindset Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
