Convert telephonic inquiries and follow-up inquiries into walk-in appointments
Advise students and parents on overseas study options,
course selection, career paths, and visa policies
Assist with university/program selection and help build student profiles
(SOP, resume, LOR)
Support registrations and post-enquiry follow-ups
Participate in business development and marketing initiatives
Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports on conversions and targets
Manage student data and visa status records
Attend university training, workshops, and travel to support branch events
Recruit and coach new team members
Monitor and drive reviews (Facebook, Google, Company site); update website content, including course details, testimonials, events, and visa news
Handle live chat inquiries on the company website
Perform other duties as assigned to meet sales targets
Required Skills
Prior experience in
student counselling or related field
Excellent communication, empathy, and adaptability
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
Cultural sensitivity and ability to inspire students
Experience handling
USA/Australia study destinations preferred
Awareness of current developments in the education industry
Preferred
Customer service background in the education or study-abroad sector
