Female Visa Counselor (Tourist & Study Visas)

Location: ZIRA Distt Ferozepur (142047)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1- 3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Counselor to specialize in Tourist and Study Visa services.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on visa requirements and procedures for Tourist and Study Visas, primarily for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries. Assist clients in preparing complete visa application files, including documentation, application forms, and financial proofs. Ensure applications are submitted correctly and in a timely manner, following the latest embassy and consulate requirements. Provide pre-submission file review and mock interviews (for study visas). Maintain knowledge of changing visa rules and regulations for target countries. Follow up with clients and consulates, and update clients on application status. Build strong relationships with clients and deliver a high level of service and support. Keep accurate records of all cases handled using internal CRM systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field. Prior experience in visa counseling (tourist/study) is preferred. Familiarity with visa procedures and documentation requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
