Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Visa Counsellor to support clients throughout the visa application process. The role involves assessing client eligibility, providing accurate guidance on visa requirements, and ensuring smooth and timely processing of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on visa options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures Provide updated and accurate information on visa documentation and regulations Evaluate client profiles to determine suitable visa categories Assist clients in completing application forms and compiling required documents Offer customized advice based on individual client needs and circumstances Handle client queries and resolve visa-related issues efficiently Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of applications Maintain detailed client records and follow up on application progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation requirements Customer-focused approach with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
