About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Study Visa Counselor

to join our

Mohali branch.

This position involves assisting students throughout the study abroad journey, particularly for destinations such as

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK

, and other major countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study visa options based on their academic background and career aspirations Guide students through the selection of universities and courses Assist with eligibility checks, application preparation, and documentation Offer clear and updated information on admission and visa requirements Ensure timely follow-ups and support throughout the application and enrollment process Build strong rapport to retain and convert inquiries into enrollments Support and guide junior counselors (for experienced candidates) Stay informed about updates in international education policies and visa regulations Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and application progress

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field Minimum

2 years of experience

in study visa counseling (preferred) Strong understanding of international admissions, visa processes, and documentation Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment Friendly, approachable, and student-focused attitude
