Job Role: Visa Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients about Study Visa, Work Visa, Tourist Visa, PR, etc. Understand the client's profile and suggest suitable visa options Explain visa process, documentation, and timelines clearly Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update records Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth file processing Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
