Required :- Seniors visa counselor cum branch manager

Job location:- Nikol Ahmedabad

1. Visa Counseling & Student Support

Guide students through the entire visa application process for countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Assess student profiles and recommend suitable visa options based on immigration laws and university requirements. Assist with visa documentation, financial planning, SOP guidance, and mock interviews. Stay updated on changing immigration policies and embassy rules.

2. Branch Management

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards. Supervise and train counseling, sales, and support staff. Set performance targets and monitor individual/team progress. Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.

3. Client Relationship & Retention

Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions. Resolve client issues or escalations with professionalism and empathy. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions.

4. Business Development & Marketing

Contribute to growth strategies and execution of local marketing campaigns. Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars. Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.

5. Reporting & Compliance

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on visa success rates, sales, revenue, and other KPIs. Ensure the branch operates in full compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Coordinate with head office for updates, audits, and strategic planning.

6. Team Leadership

Motivate and mentor junior counselors and support staff. Foster a collaborative and client-focused work environment. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
