experienced Visa Counselors

for our

Chandigarh office

. The ideal candidate must have

hands-on experience in handling student visa files, client counseling, and work visa processes

for countries like

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, and UK

.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

counseling to students and clients

regarding study abroad options, admission process, and visa filing. Guide clients through the

complete visa application process

-- from profile assessment to documentation. Handle

walk-in clients, telephonic inquiries, and leads

generated by the marketing team. Stay updated with

latest immigration rules and visa policies

for multiple countries. Maintain accurate

records of leads, applications, and follow-ups

using CRM tools. Achieve

monthly targets

for admissions and visa file submissions.

Required Experience and Skills

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a Visa Counselor / Work Visa Counselor / Study Abroad Consultant. Strong knowledge of

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and UK visa processes.

Excellent

communication and convincing skills

in English, Hindi, or Punjabi. Ability to handle

end-to-end visa counseling independently

.

Education

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream. Diploma or certification in

Immigration Consulting / Study Abroad Counseling

is an added advantage.
