Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact, providing expert

visa consultation

to clients for various countries (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Schengen). Accurately assess client profiles,

documentation requirements

, and eligibility for different visa categories. Guide clients through the entire

visa application process

, from form filling to appointment scheduling. Meticulously

verify and compile

all necessary supporting documents to ensure a high success rate. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of frequently changing

immigration laws

and visa policies of different embassies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and resolving queries. Achieve individual and team targets for

visa application submissions

and conversions.

Who We Are Looking For:

Proven experience of

1+ years

as a Visa Counselor, Visa Consultant, Immigration Advisor, or in a similar role in a consultancy.

Excellent communication skills

in English and Hindi (both verbal and written). In-depth knowledge of the

documentation process

for key countries like

Canada, UK, USA, Australia

. Strong

client management

and

interpersonal skills

with a customer-centric approach. Graduate degree in any field. High level of

integrity

, professionalism, and confidentiality.
