Counseling the prospects about Colleges / Universities and the courses offered
Guiding the students in regards to the documents required to obtain offer letter & the set of documents required for applying for the visa.
Should have minimum 6 months-3 years of experience in Tellecalling.
Handling the Phone calls, answering queries of all the clients, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries etc. to ensure conversions.
Advise and guide on different stages
Give clear and accurate information based on the immigration policies and visa laws
Proactively respond to client queries and adhering to the company\'s policy.
Handle client queries via emails, telephone and 1-on-1 meetings, and communicating with clients regarding required documentation
Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team.
