Visa Counselor

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Visa Counselor to guide applicants through the visa application process. The role involves assessing eligibility, providing accurate documentation guidance, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and embassy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients on visa options based on their profile (study, work, tourist, PR, etc.) Provide end-to-end guidance on visa application procedures Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa pathways Assist with documentation, application forms, and appointment scheduling Stay updated with immigration laws, embassy rules, and policy changes Handle client queries via phone, email, and in-person consultations Maintain accurate client records and follow up on application status Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and ethical practices
Required Skills :

Proven experience as a Visa Counselor or Immigration Consultant Strong knowledge of visa processes and documentation requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with student/work visas (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Schengen, etc.)

Compensation:

Salary: No Bar for deserving candidate Incentives/Bonuses: Based on performance (if applicable)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
