urgently requires Tele-Callers & Visa Counsellor for our Immigration Office. We are looking for smart and energetic candidates.
Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.* To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, Europe, USA, UK & many more.* Counselling the students and parents about the courses offered by the college/university for different countries.* Convert leads to admissions.* Handling the Walk-In, Telephonic & Email inquiries.* Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.* Following up on the prospective students over the phone.* Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.* Coordinating with the Operations department from time to time for the student's case proceedings.* Follow-up on the leads till registration.* Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.*
Skills and Experience:
Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.* Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales or Visa Counseling.* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.* Good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.* Candidate should be from Immigration line.*
