We are seeking a

female Visa Counselor

with prior experience in the immigration/visa consultancy field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling clients for study and visitor visas across different countries, handling client communication, marketing through video content creation, and contributing to business development through calls and follow-ups. This role requires a blend of

counseling, marketing, and sales skills

.

Key Responsibilities:

Visa Counseling & Client Support

Provide accurate and up-to-date counseling to clients for

study and visitor visas

. Assist clients in understanding visa processes, requirements, and documentation. Handle walk-in clients, explain services, and convert inquiries into successful applications.

Marketing & Promotion

Create

videos for marketing/advertising

purposes to be shared on

social media and YouTube

. Promote services through online/offline marketing activities. Work with immigration agents/partners for lead generation and promotion.

Sales & Follow-up

Make calls to prospective clients and immigration agents for

sales and marketing

. Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction. Maintain client databases and track leads systematically.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience in

immigration/visa counseling

.

Gender:

Female candidates only.

Skills:

Strong communication and counseling skills. Confident in front of the camera for video content creation. Ability to handle marketing, sales calls, and follow-ups effectively. Good organizational and client-handling skills.

Education:

Graduate in any stream (preferred background in counseling, marketing, or related fields).
