Job Title:

Visa Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and professionals regarding visa requirements for countries such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Evaluate client profiles and documents to assess visa eligibility. Guide clients in preparing complete and accurate visa applications. Stay up to date with changes in visa rules, embassy updates, and immigration laws. Coordinate with universities and embassies/consulates as needed. Conduct pre-interview briefings and mock visa interviews. Maintain and update client records in CRM or tracking systems. Follow up with clients to ensure timely document submission. Handle escalations and rejections professionally, providing alternative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, International Relations, or similar). 1-3 years of experience in visa counselling, overseas education, or immigration services. Strong understanding of student visa and immigration processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
