Provide counseling and guidance to students/clients on visa application procedures, documentation, and eligibility.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and verifying visa documents and application forms.
Handle back-end operational tasks such as data entry, file management, and application tracking.
Coordinate with clients via calls, email, and WhatsApp to provide updates and support.
Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of cases.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/tools and update application status regularly.
Ensure all documentation complies with relevant immigration guidelines.
Follow up with clients regarding pending documents or required information.
Support in daily office administration and backend workflow processes.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and high-quality client service.
