The role requires strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of visa procedures, and the ability to ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive experience for students pursuing overseas education.Key ResponsibilitiesVisa Process Management:- Stay well-informed and updated on visa rules, processes, and documentation requirements- Explain the complete visa procedure and checklist clearly to students- Assist students in arranging and verifying visa documents as per embassy requirements- Follow up with students for pending documents to ensure timely submissionApplication & Interview Support:- Complete and submit visa application forms accurately- Schedule visa appointments where required- Prepare students for mock interviews and embassy interactions- Track visa status, decisions, extensions, and related updatesStudent Support & Communication:- Address student queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner- Provide guidance on bank loans, funding, and financial documentation- Share regular visa status updates with students and internal teams- Ensure students have a positive experience throughout the visa processCompliance & Professional Standards:- Ensure adherence to company processes, timelines, and compliance standards- Contribute to maintaining a professional and organized work environment- Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining accuracy and service qualityPreferred Candidate Profile:- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills- Prior experience in visa counselling within the overseas education industry is highly preferred- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy- Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously- Customer-focused mindset with a calm and professional approachWhat We Offer:- Exposure to international visa processes in the overseas education domain- Structured workflows and professional support systems- Growth opportunities in a stable, process-driven organization (ref:updazz.com)
