Key Responsibilities
Provide counselling to clients regarding visa categories, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Conduct client assessments and suggest suitable visa/immigration options.
Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Stay updated with immigration policies, rules, and procedural changes.
Handle international client queries via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain detailed case records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities when required.
Requirements
12th / Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Visa Counsellor
(mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Sound knowledge of visa processes (study visa, tourist visa, etc.).
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
