Our mission is to simplify the study-abroad journey through expert guidance and personalized support.

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding visa processes for destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Review student documents to determine visa eligibility and ensure compliance with embassy guidelines. Prepare and verify visa files before submission. Guide students through financial documentation and visa interview preparation. Stay updated on the latest visa policies, rules, and embassy requirements. Coordinate with the admissions and back-office teams for timely document processing. Handle student queries via email, phone, and in person with a professional approach. Maintain accurate records and update student files in CRM systems. Achieve monthly visa filing and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in student visa counselling (mandatory). Knowledge of visa filing for countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with reputed overseas education or immigration consultancies. Familiarity with university application and visa documentation portals. Customer service-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude.
