Salary Offered: 15000 to 20000/-

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused

Visa Counsellor

to guide clients through the visa application process for international travel. The ideal candidate will have expertise in visa regulations, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Assist clients in understanding and completing visa applications for various countries.

Provide updated information on visa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.

Communicate with embassies, consulates, and government authorities for visa approvals.

Review and verify clients' documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Offer guidance on travel restrictions, policies, and related immigration laws.

Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Coordinate with travel consultants to ensure smooth processing of travel bookings and visas.

Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections for future reference.

Knowledge of visa rules and regulations for major travel destinations.

Ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office and visa application software.
