We are looking for a knowledgeable and empathetic Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the visa application process, provide accurate information about immigration policies, and offer personalized solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on visa eligibility, application procedures, and documentation requirements.

Stay updated on the latest immigration rules, policies, and changes in visa regulations.

Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience or freshers both can apply.

Strong knowledge of visa processes for different countries.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Empathetic and patient in dealing with diverse clients.
