Key Responsibilities:
Collect, review, and verify all necessary documents for visa applications.
Accurately fill out and prepare visa forms for submission.
Schedule visa appointments and coordinate with applicants regarding interviews or biometric requirements.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, or visa centers to track application status.
Ensure timely filing and submission of all visa applications.
Maintain records of all applications, supporting documents, and communication.
Keep updated with changes in visa rules and immigration policies.
Provide guidance and support to applicants on the visa process, documentation, and timelines.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Experience in visa processing, immigration services, or administrative roles.
Knowledge of visa categories, embassy requirements, and immigration procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital document handling.
