Job Description

Qualification & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Aviation or related field

1-4 years of experience

in visa processing / travel industry

Visa Processing & Operations

Handle complete visa processing for countries such as

Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and other global destinations

. Assess client profiles and recommend the

most suitable visa category

as per travel purpose. Verify, review, and ensure

100% accuracy of visa documentation

before submission. Prepare and submit visa applications via

VFS, embassy portals, or online systems

. Track application status and proactively follow up with embassies/VFS for timely updates. Handle

visa rejections/refusals

, analyze reasons, and guide clients for re-application.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
