1. Ticketing (Group & FIT - Domestic and International)



2. Visa Processing & Travel Documentation



3. Medical Appointments & Documentation Handling



4. Payment & Client Follow-Ups

Customer service responsibilities



Key Requirements:



Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, or a related field. Certifications like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, is a plus.
Experience :

1-2 years of experience in travel and ticketing services. Experience in ticketing systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
Work Location: In person
