- Assist clients with filling out visa forms and gathering the necessary documents.
- Review applications for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Clearly explain the visa application process, requirements, and timelines to clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.
- Ensure all documentation complies with specific visa requirements.
- Coordinate appointments for clients requiring in-person visa submissions.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information to prevent disruptions to travel plans.
- Address issues such as delays or rejections during the application process, collaborating with authorities to find solutions.
- Track the status of each visa application and provide clients with regular updates.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Prior experience in visa application processing, travel agencies, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of visa regulations and requirements across different countries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation management abilities.
