Job Summary:

We are looking for a

VisCom fresher

who has

basic video editing skills

and a good understanding of

content creation

. The ideal candidate should be creative, willing to learn, and enthusiastic about working in video production and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating content ideas for videos, social media posts, and brand stories. Support during shoots (camera assistance, props, lighting, etc.). Do basic video editing for Reels, short videos, and simple promotional content. Help in scriptwriting, captions, and content planning. Coordinate with the cinematography and editing teams for project requirements. Stay updated with current trends on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Organize project files, footage, and content resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in

Visual Communication / Media / Journalism / Mass Communication

. Basic knowledge of editing software like

Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN

, or similar. Strong interest in

content creation and digital media

. Good communication skills and creative thinking. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in creating Reels, Shorts, or social media videos (even from college projects). Basic camera knowledge is a plus. Understanding of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
