Summary: As a VIS and BI Strategy Practitioner, you will engage in the development of a comprehensive vision for Visual Information Systems and Business Intelligence. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess opportunities, create business cases, and formulate strategies that align with industry standards. You will guide clients in identifying relevant metrics and measures, while also focusing on the adoption of these systems to drive decision-making and behavioral changes within organizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring the value generated from these initiatives, ensuring that the strategies implemented are effective and beneficial to the clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of VIS and BI strategies. - Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure the team remains at the forefront of VIS and BI practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Experience in developing and implementing VIS and BI strategies. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with data governance and management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kinaxis. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
