A.

• System Analysis: Responsible for requirements gathering, analyzing information gathered, preparing Software Requirements Specification, User stories and backlog items, prototyping (if required), assisting QA group in preparing Test Cases, reviewing operations manuals and other documentation, and performing user acceptance testing.
• Implementation and Support: Provide extensive support to customers by providing effective solutions, meeting new or enhancement requests, helping implementation team in configuring the software.
• Training: Conduct regular training to disseminate the knowledge to customers, channel/business partners and internal team on new release, product training or any other as requested.
• Marketing and Business development: Additionally, iPatientCare expects a BA/SA to lead pre sales activities, knowledge dissemination activities, such as, preparing videos and hosting them on YouTube, preparing FAQ and publishing them on the web site, hosting webinars and Web based meetings/presentations to iPatientCare customers, and organizing user group meetings.

B. Desired Candidate Profile:
B1. Minimum requirement

• Very good analytical ability
• Very good English oral and written communication ability
• Ability to research topics of interest via Internet, interviews, questionnaires, surveys etc., and prepare an executive summary of findings
• Reasonable ability to understand an enterprise software application that needs to be implemented (e.g. SAP or Oracle ERP)
• Responsible for design requirements and documentation with foresight for the future maintainability and growth of the software.
• Responsible for owning a prioritized backlog to ensure projects are handled in a timely manner.
• Influence plans and strategies to achieve the product objectives as related to the product area, including published product road maps that will articulate the product direction.
• Highly advanced knowledge of agile scrum development process and full software development life cycle.

B2. Preferred (plus)

• Experience/exposure to the US healthcare domain
• Experience/exposure on Agile methodology and user stories writing
• Experience/exposure of implementing ERP (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft) or equivalent solutions
• Experience/exposure of diagramming techniques for requirements elicitation
• Experience/exposure of using prototyping tools/methodologies
• Willingness to work at nights to attend conference calls and meetings with American customers
