We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and results-driven
Sales Closure Specialist
to join our remote sales team. Unlike a lead generator, your primary focus is the "finish line." You will take qualified leads or prospects who have already shown interest and guide them through the final stages of the decision-making process to secure the deal.
Since this is a 100% virtual role, you must be a master of building rapport via phone and video conferencing, possessing the "digital charisma" necessary to close high-value contracts without ever meeting the client in person.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the Close:
Lead high-stakes sales calls (Zoom/Google Meet/Phone) to convert warm leads into paying customers.
Objection Handling:
Confidently navigate "not right now," pricing concerns, and stakeholder pushback using proven psychological closing techniques.
Pipeline Management:
Take ownership of the bottom-of-the-funnel pipeline, ensuring no deal "stalls" or goes dark.
Solution Selling:
Tailor the product value proposition to the specific pain points identified during the discovery phase.
CRM Discipline:
Maintain meticulous records in [e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot], ensuring all interactions and deal stages are updated in real-time.
Contract Negotiation:
Finalize pricing, terms, and conditions within company-approved margins to ensure a win-win outcome.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven Track Record:
At least 2-4 years of experience in a closing role (Inside Sales, Account Executive, or High-Ticket Tele-Sales).
Virtual Fluency:
Expert-level ability to use video conferencing tools and digital presentation software to engage prospects.
Psychological Acumen:
Deep understanding of buyer psychology, urgency creation, and the "consultative close."
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral, professional, and persuasive tone.
Resilience:
A "hunter" mentality with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy throughout a high-volume calling day.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and digital signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
